Registration: Reservations made by Monday, November 5th – $100
Reservations will be taken after this date as space allows
Booth Registration Includes: 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 meal ticket for each day of the 1-day conference (total of 1 meal ticket).
Extra Lunch Tickets: Submit $10 per each extra luncheon ticket with payment for booth.
(NOTE: Please indicate a decline of any meal tickets not necessary to help with planning and costs).
